If you have submitted your application and have not received an email or a text from the Residence Office within 2 business days, please contact us at (204) 727-7394 or (204) 727-9761 to confirm receipt of your application.

A sponsored student is a student that is being financially assisted through a sponsoring agency.

Residence Information

Rooms are offered based on availability at the time of application. Our office will ensure that we offer a room that is as close to the stated preferences as possible, but we cannot guarantee first or second choice of room selection.
Choosing the same room selection as above does not increase your chances of receiving that room type. We strongly advise you choose a different room type than what you have already selected.

Students may be placed in Standard Double occupancy rooms, even if it is not their first or second choice. We ask that you tell us as much information as possible so we can pair you with a compatible roommate.

Both students must agree to be roommates before they are paired.

In selecting yes, you require living accommodations to prevent any physical or mental disability keeping you from having access to a livable housing environment.

After an application has been submitted, all applicants are welcome to disclose any private and/or sensitive information,relevant to their room assignment, directly to the Residence Manager at boothd@brandonu.ca or 204-727-9799.
